Shipping Policy

  1. How much are the shipping costs?

    Standard Shipping is $4.90 and FREE on all orders over $45 but if you’d like to choose it’s only Premium Prioritized & Insured Shipping (for Damage, Loss & Theft) - it only $7.90

  2. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do ship internationally.

  3. Where do you ship from?

    We have warehouses in Reservoir, Melbourne/Australia, Prague/Czechia, Budapest/Hungary and London/United Kingdom, Istanbul/Turkey.
    Packages will be shipped from that warehouse depending on the location where the ordered product is in stock.
    Depending on delivery location order may be shipped overseas or in rare cases directly from our production facility.
     
  4. Important Note* 
    After 24 hour period of your order being processed, we're unable to cancel ANY orders due to them being registered within the warehouse, we are unable to pull the shipment back.

    However, if you no longer wish to have the order, you will have an option of refusing it upon delivery, or paying for the shipping expenses and returning the product to our warehouse.

  5. Which shipping couriers are you working with?

    Mostly we are shipping packages with Australia Post, Royal Mail, GLS, DHL, Magyar Post, PTT, Yunexpress, PostNL and FedEx if the order is shipped within the EU and with USPS if it shipped within the US. In some cases main courier will handover the packages to national shipping companies to deliver parcels to your home.

  6. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Due to high demand delivery may take time. We aim to process and ship your order within 72 hours (it may take up to 5-7 business days), and delivery can be 3-5 business days (it may take up to another 5-12 business days) if shipped from within the AU, or normally between 5-21 business days if shipped internationally. If unsure do feel free to drop us an email under 'Contact Us'.

    Keep in mind that shipping companies may have delays closer to major holidays, like Christmas.

  7. Change of address 

    If you wish to change your delivery address, please send us an email with your order number, the current delivery address and the address you wish to change. We can change the address until your order leaves our factory (24 hours). We cannot change the address afterwards.

  8. My order has not arrived yet, even after 40 days.

    While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we sent our items from. If it does not arrive within 8 weeks upon ordering, we can offer you a full-refund, guaranteed!  

  9. Can I get express shipping?

    Express shipping is available, but we do not usually offer it as our carriers charge a lot in most cases, and we want to keep our products affordable for our customers. To find out the rates for express shipment, please contact us directly in 'Contact Us'.
     
  10.  I have received only a part of my orders, where are the other items? 

    Parcels may also experience shipping delays due to customs' security checks based on governing laws of different states. But do not worry, 99% of the time we will provide you with the tracking information for you to monitor the status of your package in real-time!
     
  11. What about possible custom fees?

    Most orders won't have any custom tax within the AU. 

    Please note that we cannot control or influence these fees in any way. As a result, we are not responsible for any customs, fees, taxes, or duties imposed during the delivery process. If such charges are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient (very rarely this happens).

    We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country (very rarely this happens).

  12. Will my item get to me before _____? 

    If you plan to purchase our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month which the holiday is happening as there is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
